Before
Every quote meant driving 10 to 30 minutes to the address to look at the driveway. New customers came in by text, and the schedule lived in the owner's phone.
After
A customer types in an address. The tool measures the driveway from satellite imagery and shows a price in about 30 seconds. Quotes, scheduling, and customer details now sit in one system.
What we built

The quote engine pulls Google Maps satellite imagery for the address and works out real-world size per pixel, corrected for latitude.
Color segmentation tuned for asphalt and concrete finds the driveway. Noise cleanup and a confidence score decide when to trust the estimate.
The marketplace version runs on PostgreSQL and Prisma with NextAuth, Stripe Connect payouts, and a five-factor provider matching score.
