Before
Families booked sessions by texting the owner. Scheduling lived on a personal calendar, and the website was a hand-built WordPress page.
After
We built a site that explains each service, plus a booking flow where families pick a service and a time, upload their student's materials, and get a confirmation email. Bookings landed straight on the business calendar.
What we built
A six-page site for SAT prep, tutoring, and college application help
Step-by-step booking synced with Google Calendar, with conflict checks and business hours
Confirmation emails and file upload for student materials
A CRM set up for following up with families
React and TypeScript front end built with shadcn/ui, backed by seven API endpoints.
Google Calendar API integration handles availability and conflicts. Uploads accept PDF and Word files up to 10 MB.
The app ships as a Docker container deployed to Railway.
